We kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel appointments to allow other clients the chance to take the booking. If you cannot see a time available please add yourself to the waitlist and you will be contacted when an appointment becomes available. A 50% cancellation fee will apply to all appointments cancelled within 6 hours of the booking time. No-show clients will be asked to cover 100% of the treatment value.
